- Prepare and review intricate tax returns, ensuring they are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Offer expert advice on tax issues to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders
- Formulate and execute tax strategies that align with the companys business goals
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, conveying updates to the team and clients
- Interact with tax authorities and external auditors, maintaining good relationships and resolving any concerns
- Assess the tax implications of company decisions and transactions, providing strategic suggestions as required
