Requirements
Must:
- 1-6 years of experience in a legal setting
- Delaware e-filing experience (File & Serve and CM/ECF) is highly desirable (training available)
- Strong organizational abilities and skill in document preparation
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- High School Diploma is required
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft and format court documents for attorney review, including Tables of Authority, Tables of Contents, Briefs, and motions
- Coordinate new case filings and manage case calendars
- Prepare, draft, and assist with e-filing and document service
- Provide administrative support to adhere to deadlines
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other staff members
- Maintain clear communication with clients and co-counsel
