Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of electrical or electronic design experience, ideally with commercial appliances
- Background in working with regulatory agencies
- Proficiency in embedded hardware and software design
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NSF, CSA, UL, BOCA, ASSE, UPC, FDA)
- Strong skills in electrical and electronic circuit design
- Experience with CAD modeling, preferably using Autodesk Inventor
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, IT, and vendors
- Enhance performance, reliability, and decision-making capabilities of smart systems
- Support the design, integration, and optimization of IoT-enabled equipment
- Ensure that connected equipment systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
