Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in PLC programming, preferably with Allen Bradley
- Background in water treatment, wastewater, or process-intensive industries
- Proven track record in leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Open to candidates with relevant experience from adjacent industries such as food & beverage, oil & gas, and dairy
Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a team of electrical engineers and designers
- Supervise PLC programming and control system design
- Remain actively involved in programming, troubleshooting, and system execution
- Ensure consistency in engineering standards, documentation, and project delivery
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to assist with system installations and optimizations
- Participate in project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
