Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with industrial or heavy manufacturing projects.
- Expertise in electrical design and analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support personnel while acting as the technical authority for electrical outputs.
- Collaborate across various disciplines and project management to execute multi-discipline projects from conception to completion.
- Mentor team members, enhance and maintain departmental standards and procedures, and aid in client interactions and business development.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines.
