- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Background supporting industrial or heavy manufacturing projects.
- Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture a team of electrical engineers, designers, and supporting staff, acting as the technical authority for electrical outputs.
- Collaborate across various disciplines and with project management to execute multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
- Mentor team members while enhancing departmental standards, workflows, and supporting client engagement and business development activities.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
