Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Central (BC) or NAV solution design and implementation
- Proven skills in configuring BC for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project accounting
- Strong knowledge of BC development concepts (AL, extensions) with the ability to guide developers
- Experience in business process design, leveraging standard ERP functionalities
- Familiarity with high-growth environments where systems are subject to rapid evolution
- Understanding of compliance frameworks, such as SOX ITGC, and audit readiness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Act as the solution architect and primary owner of Business Central (BC)
- Configure BC to align with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project accounting needs
- Convert business needs into scalable, efficient solutions, emphasizing out-of-the-box functionalities
- Manage light development tasks (AL, extensions) when configurations alone do not suffice
- Create and maintain documentation for BC standards, configurations, and workflows for compliance and audit purposes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape process designs through expertise and partnership
- Work with solution architects on integrations, including MES, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems
- Provide training and support to users to enhance their adoption and effective use of BC
- Stay updated on the BC product roadmap and relay pertinent updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to the long-term ERP strategy, with opportunities to lead a growing ERP/BC team as the company expands
