ERP Business Analyst & NetSuite Lead

- Act as the key IT contact between the Finance team and the external consulting group managing the NetSuite installation. - Convert business needs from Finance and Operations stakeholders into clear functional and technical specifications. - Organize working sessions, maintain decision logs, and ensure team alignment to keep the project on track and within scope. - Advocate for the Finance teams input throughout all phases of the deployment, from initial requirements to go-live. - Manage IT General Controls (ITGC) documentation, testing, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. - Establish and enforce change control processes that are ready for audits from the beginning. - Assist with SOX 404(b) compliance, including control design and management of related evidence. - Collaborate with Finance and Compliance teams to ensure the NetSuite system adheres to all regulatory prerequisites and internal audit criteria. - Oversee project timelines, milestone tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communications. - Facilitate coordination between internal departments and the external implementation team to resolve any obstacles or dependencies. - Keep a transparent and updated view of outstanding items, necessary decisions, and upcoming tasks. - Bring order to a complicated, multi-stakeholder scenario while maintaining momentum. - Lead and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring test script creation, execution oversight, and defect tracking. - Ensure that testing documentation complies with governance and auditing requirements essential for a SOX-compliant ERP framework. - Support data migration checking, integration testing, and cutover planning as the go-live date approaches.
