Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing or production context.
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar, including implementation or process enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including production planning, BOMs, work orders, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and finance to discover improvement opportunities.
- Lead or assist in the implementation, optimization, and continued management of the companys ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish business requirements, outline workflows, and ensure system configurations meet operational objectives.
- Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, test cases, and training materials.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate system updates or upgrades with IT.
- Provide training and support for ERP users to promote adoption and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze data to spot trends, discrepancies, and performance metrics that foster continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
