Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within commercial or institutional sectors
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects successfully
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction to completion
- Manage project budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection, and execution
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project delivery is safe, timely, and within budget
- Conduct project meetings, monitor costs, maintain quality control, and address onsite challenges
- Implement best practices for risk management, contract administration, and safety measures
- Mentor junior staff and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders
