Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and development of manufacturing systems to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and manage a team of design engineers, promoting an atmosphere of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Leverage expertise in ERP systems to enhance manufacturing operations, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize knowledge of welding and large assembly techniques to devise and execute effective manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations from design to delivery.
- Continuously assess manufacturing systems, implementing necessary enhancements to optimize performance.
- Train and mentor staff, nurturing a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
