Requirements
Must:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Over 5 years of experience in both litigation and corporate law (or a suitable combination)
- Proven ability to manage cases, draft significant motions, negotiate agreements, and secure resolutions
- Strategic mindset that appreciates both legal and business implications
- Exceptional communication skills to explain legal concepts in accessible terms for clients

Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct commercial litigation cases, including breach of contract and complex disputes

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys while fostering the practices culture and growth
