Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar field
- Demonstrated experience creating models for churn prediction, LTV, CAC, or related consumer metrics
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and cloud environments like AWS
- Comprehensive understanding of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and experimental design
- Experience handling large, complex datasets and extracting actionable insights
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain predictive models for churn, LTV, and CAC to guide growth and retention initiatives
- Analyze ticket sales data to detect patterns, predict demand, and enhance pricing and promotional strategies
- Generate insights concerning customer behavior across subscription and transactional products
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Design and assess A/B tests to measure product features, campaigns, and pricing strategies
- Construct scalable data pipelines and workflows in partnership with data engineering teams
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
