Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Data Engineer, focusing on creating and deploying production solutions
- At least 5 years of direct engagement with enterprise clientele
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, along with strong SQL capabilities
- Practical experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or EMR, and familiarity with distributed/cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark), orchestration tools (Airflow), and data integration software (Fivetran, Matillion, ADF)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and solution presentation
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive data solutions that prioritize security, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to grasp their challenges and convert business requirements into technical plans
- Lead architectural discussions, conduct proof of concepts, and generate roadmaps, diagrams, and solution documentation
- Engage hands-on with modern data stack tools including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, and integration/streaming technologies (Kafka, Fivetran, dbt, Airflow)
- Build trust with customer teams and executives to support product adoption and expansion of services
- Mentor and guide engineers to enhance their technical skills
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
