Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Over 5 years of technical experience in facilities, electrical, or mechanical systems
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, and fire suppression systems
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
- OSHA 30 certification; relevant technical certifications are a plus
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing project demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues
- Supervise maintenance operations for electrical, mechanical, and safety systems
- Assist with commissioning, design evaluations, and collaboration with vendors
- Advocate for automation and process enhancement initiatives
- Develop and implement technical training programs related to ARC Flash, power systems, and mechanical systems
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, safety, and operational regulations
