Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Over 5 years of technical experience in facilities, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Extensive knowledge of data center infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, fire suppression)
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
- OSHA 30 certification; relevant technical certifications are a plus
- Capability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and technical problem resolution
- Manage maintenance protocols for electrical, mechanical, and safety systems
- Support commissioning, facilitate design reviews, and engage with vendors
- Propel automation and process enhancement initiatives
- Create and deliver technical training programs (ARC Flash, power systems, mechanical systems)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, safety standards, and operational protocols
