Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Data Architect or closely related role within the Accounting and Finance sector
- Strong expertise in Databricks and Data Modeling
- Comprehensive experience with ELT and Data Integration techniques
- Proficient in Snowflake and dbt
- Solid track record in creating insightful visualizations using PowerBI
- Experience with implementing CICD pipelines
- Robust understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to data management
- Superior communication skills, able to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient data architecture utilizing Databricks and Data Modeling techniques
- Develop and oversee ETL processes to guarantee efficient and precise data flow within the organization
- Utilize your expertise in Snowflake and dbt to enhance data storage solutions, elevate data quality, and facilitate data accessibility across departments
- Create engaging visualizations using PowerBI that turn intricate data sets into actionable insights for key stakeholders
- Implement CICD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and updating of our data systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their data requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Continuously assess and optimize the performance of our data systems, making necessary improvements to maintain peak performance and scalability
