Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in designing and implementing SQL queries
- Understanding of data warehousing principles
- Familiarity with ETL processes/tools such as SSIS, Make, N8N, Skyvia, DataBricks, and Snowflake
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities grounded in data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Gather data from multiple sources, including sales figures, market research, logistics, and other relevant metrics
- Ensure the quality and precision of data by cleaning and validating datasets
- Collaborate with management to establish key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze intricate data sets to discover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Generate reports, graphs, and infographics to present data in a clear manner
- Partner with executives and business leaders to offer data-informed recommendations
- Set KPIs with stakeholders to evaluate the success of business initiatives
- Organize large datasets to retrieve actionable information
- Connect various data sources to produce cross-application reports and automate data refreshes
- Work alongside analysts and team members to process and interpret data
- Create presentations and reports based on research findings and recommendations
- Stay informed about quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance standards; report quality issues and unsafe conditions to relevant personnel
