Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Analytics and Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in trend analysis and data insights
- Demonstrated responsibility with a focus on task ownership, effective time management, and commitment to follow-through
- Proficient in data analysis and automation tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Python
- Excellent communication abilities and aptitude for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and optimization methods (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Execute data modeling by developing and running SQL queries, building statistical and machine learning models in Python, and analyzing data for key organizational savings
- Conduct thorough data analyses to support financial and operational decisions, working closely with IT and other departments for enhanced data insights
- Optimize supply chain processes by visiting refinery and operational sites, collaborating with field teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and driving successful business change initiatives
- Create automation solutions using RPA technologies like Power Automate and Azure, incorporating AI to enhance supply chain tasks and encourage efficiency and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish goals and metrics, crafting Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable supply chain intelligence
- Manage projects by documenting requirements and milestones, ensuring high-quality standards and comprehensive contingency plans for successful execution
