Requirements
Must:
- Experience programming and supporting DCS platforms in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of process control, instrumentation, and automation principles
- Proficient in troubleshooting control systems in production-critical environments
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers in operational settings
- Excellent communication skills with a practical, solution-driven approach
- Willingness to travel regionally for project and service assignments
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, batch systems, or legacy control systems is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Configure, program, and support DCS-based control systems in active production settings
- Conduct system upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning
- Collaborate directly with operators, engineers, and maintenance teams to identify issues and effect improvements
- Assist with control logic modifications, HMI updates, alarm management, and system documentation
- Engage in startup, testing, and validation processes for both new and existing systems
- Travel to client locations as necessary to support projects and service needs
