Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DCS programming, preferably in pulp and paper
- Familiarity with Foxboro systems
- Experience with DeltaV and/or Honeywell platforms
- Capability to engage directly with customer teams in operational settings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Design and develop DCS programming solutions tailored for process control systems
- Configure and implement Foxboro, DeltaV, and/or Honeywell platforms according to project specifications
- Integrate DCS systems with other operational systems and control layers
- Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning
- Offer technical assistance and training to operations and maintenance personnel
- Assist in troubleshooting and system enhancement at client locations
- Travel to domestic and international customer sites as necessary (typically 5-20%)
