Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a comparable discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DCS programming, preferably in the pulp and paper industry.
- Familiarity with Foxboro control systems.
- Experience with DeltaV and/or Honeywell platforms.
- Strong ability to collaborate directly with customer teams in practical settings.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Openness to travel as necessary (typically 5-20%).
Responsibilities
- Create and implement DCS programming solutions for process control systems.
- Configure and deploy Foxboro, DeltaV, and/or Honeywell systems based on project specifications.
- Integrate DCS systems with other operational frameworks and control layers.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning.
- Offer technical assistance and training to both operations and maintenance teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing systems at client locations.
- Travel to domestic and international client sites as required.
