Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Over 3 years of experience in controls engineering within manufacturing settings
- Proficient in Allen Bradley PLCs and Logix programming
- Experience with HMI development using FactoryTalk, Aveva, or similar tools
- Familiarity with project management is a plus
- Background in food processing, dairy, or beverage manufacturing is desirable
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance automation systems across various manufacturing sites in Wisconsin
- Focus on ensuring system reliability and optimizing performance
- Engage in data-driven operations throughout the engineering process
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain control and networking systems
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams on system upgrades and expansions
