Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Science
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the engineering sector
- Extensive knowledge of Lean and DMAIC methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in auditing and KPI development
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and expected outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating at all organizational levels
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and related software
- Openness to relocation
Responsibilities
- Spearhead and oversee continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and DMAIC techniques
- Identify and develop opportunities for process optimization and innovation
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance, recognize discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
- Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess improvement effectiveness and target achievement
- Collaborate with diverse teams to execute improvement strategies and guarantee their longevity
- Educate and guide team members on continuous improvement strategies and tools
- Document processes, procedures, and outcomes, presenting insights to management
- Keep informed on the latest industry trends and enhancements in continuous improvement methodologies
