Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years of specific Data Center Commissioning experience in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for project assignments, training, and inter-office collaboration (expenses covered).
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving construction and operational challenges.
- Experience in overseeing design and energy service commissioning projects within set scope, budget, and timeline.
- Familiarity with building codes and construction industry standards, including ASHRAE and LEED.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing small to large Data Center projects to align with client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and scheduling.
- Conduct construction observations and review contract documents.
- Develop functional test plans and perform tests on various mechanical and control systems.
- Execute retro-commissioning engineering and energy studies.
- Contribute to design and energy projects for national industrial, institutional, and commercial clients.
- Engage in assessment, optimization, and commissioning activities for utility plants as needed.
