Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
- Experience with Spark or Databricks on Azure
- Strong understanding of statistics, time series analysis, and econometrics
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Preferred: Experience in energy or commodities trading
- Familiarity with integrating ML into dashboards using tools like Dash or Streamlit
- Capable of working with complex, high-volume datasets and generating innovative solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive, multi-source datasets to identify trends and insights
- Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive analytics and machine learning models adhering to MLOps best practices
- Collaborate with trading, commercial, and IT teams to embed machine learning solutions into operational systems
- Conduct statistical analysis, time series modeling, and data visualization to aid in decision-making
- Convert technical results into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor team members and contribute to best practices in data science, including code reviews and tooling decisions
