Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree is advantageous.
- At least 8 years of experience overseeing various site development, municipal roadway, or utility projects.
- Proven track record in business development, including creating strategic plans, marketing initiatives, client relations, and proposal writing.
- Proficiency in general civil engineering concepts, especially stormwater management design and municipal utility design.
- Familiarity with municipal utility design, including sanitary sewer and water main systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Minnesota; PE licenses from other Midwest states are a plus.
- General knowledge of Autodesk Civil3D and hydrology and hydraulic software.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee stormwater design projects and civil engineering tasks.
- Lead project teams in the execution and delivery of roadway and utility design projects.
- Cultivate client relationships and engage in business development efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment that prioritizes communication and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals and project plans to clients and stakeholders.
