Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in healthcare technology leadership, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows and reimbursement structures
- Familiarity with public company or IPO processes, including SEC regulations and audit controls
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure and M365, with relevant certifications being an asset
- Successful implementation of AI and machine learning initiatives that result in tangible operational or clinical improvements
- Strong background in cybersecurity, specifically related to HIPAA compliance and enterprise risk management
- Extensive experience with enterprise systems, particularly NetSuite, and additional knowledge in Fusion/PeopleSoft, SQL data architecture, and Power BI
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale enterprise systems like EHRs, ERP, and HRIS platforms as well as data environments
- Lead integration projects for multiple EHR systems during acquisitions, ensuring stability and minimal disruption
- Oversee system reliability and performance, managing centralized help desk operations and service level agreements
- Define and implement the AI and machine learning strategy organization-wide, focusing on predictive analytics and real-time reporting
- Direct security, privacy, and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and enterprise cybersecurity standards
- Manage technology diligence and post-merger integrations, standardizing platforms across new acquisitions
