Requirements
Must:

- At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a preference for the construction sector.
- Proven track record of managing ERP vendors.
- Strong background in business analysis.
- Skilled in creating and enhancing reports.
- Extensive experience as a system administrator.
- Ability to monitor ERP usage trends and provide innovative ERP-related suggestions.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to offer meaningful business insights.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the expansion and implementation of Phase II ERP modules, including Forecasting, Crewtime, Subcontractor Prequalification, Human Capital Management, Safety, and Three-Way Matching.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with ERP vendors to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Generate valuable reports and improve existing ones to aid in decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system to ensure efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and align the ERP system to meet those needs.
- Track and assess ERP usage trends to identify possible improvements and issues.
- Recommend innovative solutions for optimizing ERP performance.
- Utilize ERP data to deliver actionable business insights for strategic planning.
Description
