Business Application Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics

- Analyze and assess current or proposed systems and adjust processes to resolve issues using data processing techniques. - Operate as an application administrator, ensuring data integrity, system security, and managing software upgrades, implementations, and conversions. - Comprehend the functional workflows and processes of supported departments, maintaining system functionality to enhance workflow efficiency and department productivity. - Develop, create, and sustain intermediate to advanced-level reports using technologies such as SQL, QlikView, Infor Business Intelligence, and Kronos Genies. - Independently manage complex system activities and project management tasks, including guiding and reviewing the work of staff. - Lead small to medium-sized projects and facilitate meetings across teams and departments. - Engage in system activities related to both projects and operational support, understanding application builds and technical frameworks. - Produce both standard and custom reports, assisting in the design and development of non-standard reports as necessary. - Provide training to new and current staff on relevant systems/applications and collaborate with customers or vendors to train them on newly implemented systems.
