Business Analyst with MITA experience

- Bachelors degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience)/n- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting Department of Health or Medicaid-related projects/n- Solid knowledge of the MITA framework and Medicaid program operations/n- Proven skills in Business Process Modeling using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, or similar/n- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including program managers, policy experts, and technical teams/n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills/n- Experience in producing documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process maps/n- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives/n- Familiarity with Medicaid systems modernization or integration projects is preferred/n- Understanding of CMS guidance, Medicaid regulations, and related compliance standards is a plus/n- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is desirable/n- Experience supporting UAT, testing, or change management activities is an advantage
