Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech-focused environment
- Proven experience with extensive requirement sets, prioritizing based on business value and deadlines
- Experience in supporting SaaS and/or on-premise enterprise software solutions
- Background in customer onboarding, training, or enablement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Capability to manage stakeholder relations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in fast-paced settings with evolving priorities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and basic software architecture
- Preferred: Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
- Preferred: Experience with embedded systems, hardware/software integration, or IoT-enabled products
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for SaaS, on-premise, and hardware-integrated solutions
- Translate customer, operational, and regulatory requirements into user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Decompose complex system needs involving software-hardware interactions into manageable components
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, QA, and customer-facing teams
- Organize requirements workshops, backlog grooming, and design discussions
- Clearly define project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints throughout the development process
- Collaborate with product management on roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and impact assessments
- Support engineering teams during design, development, testing, and releases by clarifying requirements and managing adjustments
- Engage in system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and customer validation activities
- Assist in developing training resources, system documentation, and workflow guides
- Lead or support customer training sessions, product demos, and knowledge transfer activities
- Act as a subject matter expert on system functionality, configurations, and business processes
- Collect customer feedback to drive product improvements and future needs
- Maintain precise requirements documentation, traceability matrices, process flows, and user manuals
- Identify areas for enhancing business processes, system usability, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Business Analyst standards, templates, and best practices
