Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business analytics, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS, IoT, or technology-focused company.
- Strong expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI visualization tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and data validation.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational data.
- Experience with ETL processes and associated tools.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
- Comfortable handling large datasets and ensuring data integrity.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and develop analytical frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for new data analytics initiatives.
- Utilize BI tools to create data visualizations and dashboards for effective reporting and insights.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout all analytical processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Participate in the development of analytics roadmaps and strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to team members regarding data tools and best practices.
