Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, eCommerce strategy, or Amazon account management (experience in an agency setting is highly preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations, including catalog management, PPC advertising, and sales forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, emphasizing strategic consulting and problem-solving
- Experience managing projects with significant budgets and high-stakes decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at influencing both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
Responsibilities
- Oversee and strategize brand portfolios for designated clients, driving growth and managing daily brand operations
- Conduct thorough brand audits to identify opportunities and formulate actionable growth strategies that align with client objectives
- Develop and implement sales forecasts, advertising campaigns (including PPC strategies), and optimize product catalogs
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, cultivating strong relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
- Lead business reviews with clients (monthly, quarterly, or as needed) using customized presentations with tools like Google Slides
- Manage multiple ongoing projects, coordinating internal resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in up to three specialized departmental areas, offering training and best practices to colleagues
- Mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth and aligning their objectives with departmental goals
- Continuously evaluate process efficiencies, contribute to strategic projects, and uphold high performance standards
