Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in backend or AI software engineering
- Proficient in Python, APIs, and distributed systems
- Practical experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM integrations, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, testing, and performance monitoring
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of reinforcement learning or multi-agent coordination systems

Responsibilities
- Design and create backend services: Develop FastAPI or similar frameworks that support LLM-driven chat, search, and image recognition
- Architect agentic AI systems: Implement multi-agent frameworks for autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution
- Train and deploy models: Fine-tune and assess computer vision and language models; create testing suites to guarantee quality and safety
- Develop RAG pipelines: Establish retrieval systems grounded in structured data to enhance contextual precision
- Ensure reliability: Construct guardrails, validation layers, and observability for AI performance and safety
- Optimize and scale: Automate processes using CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and continuous telemetry feedback loops
- Collaborate across teams: Work alongside design, mobile, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven user experiences
