- Proven track record of constructing RAG and multi-agent systems
- Experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph
- Familiarity with deploying AI models in GCP or AWS environments
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, Terraform, and cloud-native operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bonus: Knowledge of computer vision, reinforcement learning, or MCP servers

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and AI pipelines utilizing FastAPI and Python to drive LLM-based chat, image recognition, and interactive workflows
- Create and launch agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph
- Build RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or PGvector for enhanced contextual relevance
- Collaborate with diverse teams including product, design, mobile, and data science to implement impactful intelligent features
- Refine and assess LLM/CV models with tools like OpenAI Evals, Braintrust, or Promptfoo
- Deploy and oversee production systems in GCP/Kubernetes while ensuring reliability and observability through OpenTelemetry
- Provide mentorship to fellow engineers on AI best practices and agentic architecture
