Requirements
Must:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Over 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and structural drafting
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
- Interest or experience in LIDAR scanning, point cloud processing, and other digital capture technologies
- Familiarity with automation tools and digital workflows; knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python or Dynamo) is beneficial but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Create and modify Revit models and BIM drawings as part of our engineering team
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Implement and maintain digital workflows following project specifications
- Support the integration of new technologies and automation tools in our processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
