Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or commercial HVAC Controls
- Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or similar
- Understanding of mechanical HVAC components such as Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Variable Air Volume systems (VAVs)
- Experience with JCI, Andover, or Delta Controls
Responsibilities
- Operate control software and develop basic databases
- Interpret floor plans to identify mechanical and electrical systems
- Assist in project commissioning and documentation processes
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment deficiencies
- Collaborate with electricians to ensure work aligns with contractual obligations
- Apply knowledge of simple electrical circuits, controller input/output, and 24VAC power
- Engage in basic networking tasks
