Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC control systems
- Proficient in HVAC controls engineering and/or programming
- Knowledgeable in one or more BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or Daikin
- Preferred experience with Tridium Niagara, including certification
- Familiarity with GUI development for hardware supporting LonWorks, BACnet, and Modbus DDC Controls
- Experience with Automated Logic or Distech systems is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead the programming and graphics development for Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Oversee the commissioning of BMS across a variety of projects
- Create custom databases and troubleshoot network issues
- Coordinate field activities and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Provide training for end-users on system operations
- Engage in hands-on tasks related to system installations and configurations
