Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial support within a manufacturing or related setting
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple transactions daily
- Willingness to learn and utilize ERP systems (M1 experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently during the coverage period
Responsibilities
- Process daily invoicing for 10-15 shipments using the M1 ERP system
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices, including down payments and terms, before sending them to customers
- Post cash receipts and payments from banking activities while maintaining precise records
- Monitor collections and reach out to customers as necessary to maintain current AR aging
- Prepare light reporting and documentation, including DMV reports
- Collaborate with a small, cohesive accounting and operations team
