Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Chemical Engineering
- Over 6 years of experience in a technical support or field applications role for Tier 1 clients
- Preferably located in the Bay Area and able to work from the HQ office
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of advanced material solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Recommend enhancements to materials for customers, illustrating how modifications can lower expenses and boost performance
- Engage with current and potential clients to comprehend their requirements and objectives
- Deliver product demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and effectively convey the value proposition
- Independently strategize and manage territory to guarantee efficient development and meet or surpass targets
- Act as the customer advocate by collaborating closely with engineering teams to integrate feedback and prioritize product features
- Partner with internal technical staff and R&D to create customized solutions for each client
