Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in application maintenance, support, or development
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts with experience in SQL/DB2
- Previous experience in software quality assurance, testing, and debugging
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of application management and development practices
- Experience utilizing or overseeing ERP systems, preferably Infor XA
- Skilled in scoping and planning technical projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical terms for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and engage with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Analytical approach with a commitment to continuous improvement of business processes through application enhancements
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for users regarding application-related questions and issues
- Ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of all applications
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of the ERP system (Infor XA)
- Develop and conduct training programs for users to enhance application use
- Perform regular system audits to detect potential security vulnerabilities and ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify application needs and provide streamlined, effective solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for all application management activities and newly introduced features
