Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within the legal sector.
- Completion of a certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting legal research with a solid grasp of legal terminology.
- Experience in insurance defense is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on various issues pertinent to our practice areas.
- Support attorneys in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Keep well-organized case files and manage timelines to guarantee timely actions.
- Collaborate with clients, court personnel, and other professionals to arrange meetings, depositions, and hearings.
- Engage in client meetings and depositions, taking detailed notes and summaries.
- Assess and review a range of legal documents for relevance and accuracy.
- Aid in the preparation of trial exhibits and witness testimony.
- Provide assistance in insurance defense, reviewing insurance policies, researching insurance law, and preparing related documents.
- Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.
