Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Masters degree or Ph.D. will be considered a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, preferably within the sales sector.
- Demonstrated expertise with Generative AI, Autonomous Workflows, Cloud-Native Architecture, and Agentic Frameworks.
- Strong grasp of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset for tackling complex business issues.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring junior colleagues.
- Superior communication skills, capable of presenting intricate technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Profound understanding of the sales industry and expertise in leveraging AI to enhance sales strategies and processes.
- Established track record of successfully deploying AI solutions in a business context.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced Agentic AI solutions customized for our clients in the sales industry.
- Utilize Generative AI expertise to develop intelligent systems that create effective sales strategies.
- Construct autonomous workflows that optimize sales processes for improved efficiency.
- Use cloud-native architecture to devise scalable, robust, and secure AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to facilitate the successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our offerings.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct regular evaluations of our AI solutions and implement necessary modifications to meet evolving client needs.
- Clearly present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
