Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (Masters degree preferred)
- Over 5 years of experience in developing electrohydraulic controls or integrated system solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in leading engineering teams or technical groups
- Proven track record in managing established teams and driving project execution
- Background in vehicle systems, mobile equipment, or retrofit projects
- Strong expertise in fluid power and electronic controls integration
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, troubleshooting, and validation processes
- Experience in collaborating directly with customers on custom system solutions
- Excellent project management skills and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, project-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and project managers focused on system integration and retrofit projects
- Oversee project execution across the entire lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, build, validation, and production transition
- Direct the integration of electrohydraulic controls into existing vehicle and equipment platforms
- Manage the prototype construction, vehicle fit-up, and technical center operations
- Enhance and maintain development processes, documentation, and execution standards
- Act as the primary technical liaison with global engineering teams for technology transfer
- Collaborate with sales on customer engagements including solution definition and technical presentations
- Ensure successful project outcomes in both technical and commercial aspects
- Provide feedback as the Voice of the Customer to internal product teams
- Support and mentor application engineering teams in advanced system solutions
