Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally as an Inside Sales Representative.
- Proven history of surpassing sales quotas.
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- In-depth understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Solid product knowledge with a quick adaptability to learn new products.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, peers, and management.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks in a high-speed environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Responsibilities
