AP Specialist (with technology focus)

- Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor invoices and expense requests - Communicate effectively with physicians, employees, and external vendors - Verify the correctness of figures, postings, and documentation - Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and organizational policies - Process cash, checks, and vouchers efficiently - Categorize documents in line with company protocols - Conduct financial calculations for amounts due and discounts - Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records - Perform general office tasks, including filing and handling correspondence - Access and manage computerized financial data to answer inquiries - Organize and summarize financial data in journals and ledgers - Maintain and update account information in spreadsheets using accounting software - Process invoices to ensure accurate billing and communication with vendors - Oversee employee expense report processing and coding operations
