Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience as a client-facing solutions architect.
- Proven track record with enterprise clients, aiding in product adoption and service expansion.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala.
- Strong expertise in SQL and skills in troubleshooting distributed databases.
- Experience with diverse data sources including MySQL, Kafka, as well as enterprise applications like SAP and Oracle.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or EMR.
Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to design and implement data-driven applications.
- Support clients in their transition to AI and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
- Travel to customer sites across the US as necessary to provide on-site support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues for optimal performance.
