Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI engineering, or applied data science
- Proficiency in Python for machine learning processes
- Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a must
- Knowledge of large language model (LLM) ecosystems such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude
- Experience handling both structured and unstructured datasets
- Familiarity with model validation, testing frameworks, or evaluation methodologies
- Strong attention to detail coupled with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously in a remote engineering setting
- Experience in prompt engineering or RAG-style workflows is preferred
- Exposure to techniques for model fine-tuning or dataset optimization is a plus
- Familiarity with tools for evaluating LLM accuracy and mitigating hallucinations
- Background in supporting enterprise AI projects or production-level experiments is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating and validating outputs from machine learning and LLM systems for accuracy and consistency within GCP
- Aid in preparing, labeling, and refining training datasets
- Contribute to prompt engineering tasks and response evaluations
- Monitor model performance and suggest enhancements
- Collaborate with senior engineers to facilitate model tuning and prepare for deployment
- Document workflows, testing outcomes, and assessment methods
- Engage in ongoing experimentation that supports production-level AI solutions
