Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI engineering, or applied data science
- Practical experience using Python for machine learning workflows
- Understanding of large language model (LLM) ecosystems (like OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
- Experience handling both structured and unstructured datasets
- Familiarity with model validation, testing processes, or evaluation frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a distributed engineering setting
Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation and validation of machine learning and LLM results for accuracy and reliability
- Aid in the preparation, labeling, and refinement of training datasets
- Participate in prompt engineering experiments and response evaluations
- Monitor model performance and suggest enhancements
- Collaborate with senior engineers on iterative model adjustments and readiness for deployment
- Document workflows, testing outcomes, and evaluation methods
- Engage in ongoing experimentation that supports production AI solutions

This position allows you to work alongside a senior AI architect, where you will validate model accuracy, assist in training workflows, and help develop and refine machine learning solutions aimed for production.
